| In May of 1998, Dad and I built a 750 sq.ft. deck across the entire back of the house. It took us five long days to build the main structure and apply the decking. The rails and stairs took another 30 hours. One heck of a fun project! |  |
| On July 12th, 1999, my Dad and Uncle Don took a long weekend to help me install a 75 head, 11 zone sprinkler system! This is a shot of the backyard all tore up. |  |
| This is just the right side of the front yard taken at about the same time as the shot above. Ironically, the rain we received the night before we started the project was the last Franklin had for almost three months! It was fun to use the system and maintain arguably one of the greenest, healthiest lawns in Central Indiana during the draught!! |  |
