 | Just back at the "put-in" after our first trail experience on the bikes. After a total of three wipe-outs between the two of us, the day ended due to a punctured rear-tube on my bike. Fortunately, when mountain biking, you bike prepared. We had a pump, glueless patches, and a spare tube, all available on the trail! |
 | Bike is all fixed! Only put 3.5 miles on the bikes this afternoon (3/4), but we were SPENT! For the excursion, our heart rates averaged about 180 bpm! |
